I just find it odd that they are having to advertise online to get students enrolled. Maybe it's just different here, but where I come from all the great day cares and pre-schools have a waiting list, so they are always full and have people waiting. I've seen this same ad on CYS and CL, so yeah, to me that's weird. 

By the way I like the new Mabel better than the old one. 

Yes we have advertised on both sites. Mostly bc people are unaware that part day preschool's do exist in churches here. I know when I moved here with young children I was looking for part time care and all the day cares only had full time slots. Think what you want. We have our ratings because we are great! Our parents think so and obviously so does the state. Its hard to keep numbers up because of so many slots being opened up for free PreK in many of the schools. EVERY teacher is currently taking Early Childhood Classes at APSU so we are not just your average daycare. We have degrees and TRULY enjoy our jobs. Try finding that elsewhere. 

Okay, I didn't really need an explanation. I was just stating that I thought it was odd. I don't know about the whole part time thing because I don't have kids, and even though I've worked in childcare for 12 years now, I stay away from the part time places because I like to work full time. 

I refuse to send my child to a daycare where the word "nah" is part of their vocabulary.

1. Another place- are you serious- it is in the same building. I don't care if other people run it. A child still got out.

2. Close to 41a- the child was in the road on 41a at 4:30 pm. Would have been dead if it wasn't for the people who caught him. 

I thought the kid was on Tiny Town? Or did this happen recently?

My step-son went to NPUMC daycare and never had any issues, he loved it.

The fact that you may or may not be associated with this bad childcare facility you have to realize that it is the first thing people think of. 

Did a child get out recently because I really thought it occurred last year on Tiny Town rd.

Somehow it wasn't in the papers or on the news. The toddler would have died if the person hadn't have grabbed him before he got too far in the road.
