I was wondering if any of ya'll have a good recipe for some kind of chicken soup? I tried to make chicken noodle soup by a recipe on cooks.com. Worst tasting thing ever. I had to throw it out. Now, I have a lot of cooked pulled chicken left from that disaster. Any suggestions? Soupy substance only seeing as me and the husband aren't feeling so well. Thanks ladies!

I dont quite have the recipe for it but I've made a Chicken Enchilada soup before that was a big hit at a potluck dinner over Christmas. 

You can make chicken ala king.... First take butter melted and add flour till nice and crumbley looking let that brown a little, then start adding your water with the chicken broth stirring the whole time then start adding the deboned chicken with more chicken broth add a can of cream of mushroom serve over rice or noddles. Chicken noodle soup, take all your chicken throw it in the pan with carrots, Italian spice, garlic salt, pepper, then fill with water cook this for a while about a hr, then add noodles let cook another 1 hr, then take a coffee cup with half way flour and cold water, put this in the fridge for a while, when it is cold and soup is hot stir soup while adding the flour mix.

take a whole chicken and boil it. take the chicken out and save the water. let it cool. take all the meat off the chicken and put it in the water. in a pan put some butter(lots), add onions, carrots, celery, salt and pepper. simmer for a bit. till its a little browned. add it, butter and all, to the water. add swanson broth. chicken bullion and amish egg noodles. boil gently till the noodles are soft.

butter(lots), you know butter is really really bad for you. Just figured I would add in MODERATION it is ok, but lots is just CRAZY. 

considering we rarely have chicken noodle soup, i think we're good. but thanks for your two cents. i'll add it to my piggy bank :)
